One is an English Pub for Ambuja Realty, another is an office space for CESC Properties, and the third is the interior of the clubhouse at "sunny Fort", a large scale residential development for the Fort Group, that Mayukh designed and developed while working for PMITRA.

Mayukh received his Bachelors degree in Architecture at the University of Kentucky-Lexington, Kentucky, USA in 2003. As part of the curriculum and Architecture program he was able to study in Berlin, Germany and Venice,Italy for two semesters. During his time at the university he worked as a professional Architectural Intern, first in Hamburg, Germany for Posseihn-Vogt Architekten in 1999. His second internship was in Berlin, Germany, at the firm of Assmann & Solomon Architekten in 2001 as well as a short period  with Meuser Architeckten. He went on to work as an intern at another firm in Berlin, Germany, called Janka Architekten in 2002.

Mayukh's personal design principles and style has very clearly been influenced by his time in America and Germany, where he spent a lot of time studying and working, and where he was exposed to the best in modern and contemporary architecture. He was and still is greatly influenced by the guidance and interaction with his father, Prabir Kumar Mitra on a daily basis.

He believes that design is all about creating an uplifting experience using combination of simple clean lines, planes and spaces that all work together in harmony to find the best solution for all different functions. He believes that each individual project/space should be based on a unique concept, idea or vision that is reflective of it's context in the immediate environment, yet still having its very own strong and uniquely different identity.
