Decorate Your Outdoor Space To Welcome the Rainy SeasonBy Akansha Arora
Outdoors Tweet 0 Comment(s)
Someone please pinch me!!! Is it really time to enjoy the rain, sitting at home in some outdoor space with those lovely dishes like pakoras, samosas, fries and hot tea. I just love this season as it makes me feel so relaxed and also bring an opportunity to spend time with family at home as it doesn’t allow us to go out usually. If you people are also in love with the rain, I would suggest you to enjoy it to the fullest. Renovate and redesign outdoors to create an ambience of earthy romance in your home:-
Get close to the natural ethos-
Grow some plants with different flowers to bring a refreshing look. Although it is quiet tough in monsoons, but you need to give some extra care for this beauty. You can go for Gul Mohar, Monsoon Cassia and Cape jasmine. You can plant them in pots, mud bowls or choose the hanging ones. Fill the air with fragrance of these flowers and you are surly going to the love the magic of this season.
Liven up the space by giving it a new look, add some paintings to the wall and decorative accessories to spruce it up. Choose art work or paintings that bring your own sense of style with unique subjects. Your wall art can be of any style, it can be rustic, contemporary and even abstract. Make sure you make a good choice as that can bring a focal point or much-needed variety and texture to an already beautiful space. Hang few wind chimes on the shed; its soft music will mesmerize you in this lovely season.
Firstly, you don’t need to go for any sophisticated and formal sofas but choose a very casual outdoor seating set. Your furniture totally depends on the space you have, you don’t need to overcrowd it as you need to enjoy it on the daily basis. Do not clutter if you have less space, even just a pair of outdoor chairs or bistro table and chairs can do the trick. And if you have enough space, go for the best seating set with a side table to store snacks and drinks.
Add some prints-
After choosing your furniture, I would suggest you to compliment it with some printed covers or cushions. It will bring life to your décor. They offer you a wide choice; go for any print may it be dots, stripes or checks.
In this awesome weather, why don’t you choose to cook something fresh off the barbecue grill and that too in the outdoor space enjoying with your family. Go for some latest grills, which take less space and give you a distinct taste. You can choose gas grills, charcoal grills and even electric grills, whichever goes best for you with all the safety features.
This monsoon will make you do a rain dance surely!!Take a break and have a look at these awesome products:
