I have been providing my freelance services for Institutional, Commercial buildings and Sports Infrastructure as Billing, Analysis of Rates, Preparation of Tender documents, Estimation and Project Management/ Quality Checking of Civil projects on the basis of Punjab Schedule of Rates (PWD B&R, Punjab), Standard Schedule of rates (MES), Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR). The civil projects may include RCC Framed structure, All Civil Items, External and Internal Public Health works, External and Internal Electrical works, Fire fighting works, Area Drainage, Insulation works, Interior works and Exterior Structural Glazing works etc. It’s worth mentioning that I have more than 25 years of experience in Civil Construction works and I am computer literate having knowledge of M.S.
