Berger Easy Clean Luxury Emulsion Paint

Product composition: Easy Clean luxury emulsion has been formulated with special types of cross-linking polymers and fine pigments.  It is formulated in a balanced manner with properties like dispersion, sheen level, anti-fungal, anti-fading and minimum porosity.  It also provides high washability and is easy to maintain. It maintains its fresh look for years. It gives a smooth sheen finish at an affordable price. 

USP: Soft sheen, non- stick paint film with very high washability and scrub resistance, giving it a longer life and easy maintenance.  It is free from any heavy metal like lead, mercury and chromium. 

Usage area: On plastered surfaces. 

Directions for use:
Surface preparation: For fresh/ new surfaces, sand the surface with Emery Paper No.80 and wipe clean.  Apply the first coat of primer and allow. it to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Smoothen the surface by applying thin coats of putty to fill in all the dents.   Allow the putty to dry overnight.   Sand the surface with Emery Paper No. lOO and wipe clean. Apply the second coat of primer and allow it to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Sand the surface with Emery Paper No.220 and wipe clean. 
For previously painted surfaces: Strip all the old paint and remove all the loose particles before starting the above process. 
Directions for application: Dilute the paint as per the recommended dilution ratio.  Apply the first finish­ing coat and allow it to dry for at least 6 to 8 hours.   After the first coat dries, apply the second coat and allow it to dry overnight.
