We were approached to do an office hence we decided to design the architecture of the building in a colonial style and the interiors in a very warm contemporary style with the use of natural materials. This project bagged a platinum rating by IGBC Green Homes .
Office Staircase landing
The Staircase landing was used as a Seating Lounge. And as you had seen before, the rest of the space on this floor featured workstations. Proper optimization of space was required.

Waiting Lounge
The waiting lounge is equipped with plus sofas and glass coffee tables. Sitting here, one can have a glimpse of the outdoors.

The Wooden Conference Table lay open in a conference room which appears to lie amid the nature, thanks to the glass windows that bring in aesthetics from the outside.
