Cooperative Housing complex for Alif Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. at New Town Kolkata, Action Area 1, M.A.R., catering 32 no. of residential units with a retail shop, office spaces and community hall at ground floor. The design creates a sense of proximity to ground with careful landscape delineation ensuring cross ventilation, ample natural light and all spaces having external surface to continue the connection with natural forces.
