The design creates a sense of proximity to ground with careful landscape delineation ensuring cross ventilation, ample natural light and all spaces having external surface to continue the connection with natural forces. Creatively curving out a lot of commercial spaces to exploit the locational advantage without compromising the safety, security and functional aspects of the primary use.
