We share with you one of our new projects for which we did the landscape design. Architecture by Manav Bhargava, Interiors by Nitin (Mumbai). With lots and lots of positive inputs and adaptation from Amit - Vis -a- vis and a team of designers, artist and sculptors who did the amazing installations. And off course the lighting and outdoor garden furniture by team Vis a Vis. (photos source: vis-a-vis facebook page) Every project has a journey and this one had a difficult period right from the start. The design for landscape was system based in which environmental and aesthetic concerns were interwoven. Along the course of execution of the project, the construction budget for the building went completely haywire and also the time frame for various reasons. As often is the case - landscape scheme and its budget was reduced substantially What you see is a small version of the original intent and scheme - a landscape with literally no budget. Still the spaces and scheme has some character because of the way the buildings sit in the landscape, the lighting, outdoor garden furniture and installations in the landscape.
