Mr. Lila kanta gogoi, a service man for oil india limited, bought up a land away from town regular busy life in a tea farming land. With a desire to live a peaceful retirement life within nature, lead him to build a house in a tea farm land. The site is 5km away from the nearest town into the greenyard of a tea farming land, where the landsacpe and the surroundings changes with the change in season. Mr. Lila kanta gogoi wants a small and peaceful house with his basic reqirement to be fullfill within it and want to spend the rest of his life with his family in it. He wants his house to be very simple, gentle and a harmony with the surrounding with minimal disturbace to the site. The house need to be secured from the sudden climatic changes and should fullfill the aspects of security. He wants every room and requirement zone to be connected with a single node space acting as a heart of the house. The house should also need to have direct visual communation with the surrounding as he want to enjoy the nature laying on his bed.
