Project Status: Completed

The project involved complete transformation of a G+4 residential building consisting of two 2BHK apartments per floor into a transit house for high level officials. The project accommodates living rooms, bedrooms, pantry, toilets, directors room, dining spaces and kitchen for the Chairman and other Directors, General Managers. A minimalistic approach was adopted. The scope of the project included interior space planning which called for total changes in internal partitions of the spaces within, all new finishes, custom built furniture along with MEP, lighting design and other related services. The main challenge was to render a luxurious hospitality space of international standards within a limited budget.
