Archohm Studio, Commercial-Office Complex
Archohm is a design studio offering innovative design consultancy for architecture, urban design, interiors, landscape and product design. Archohm design studio was conceived with the basic architectural principles to ensure an effective and an efficient architectural solution for making its own architectural office. Often labeled as a design fort, it reflects the 'mad and fun' design philosophy of the firm. With a built up area of (4,000) sq meters within the thick of city conditions; the site has an incredible context. Its triangulated plot is flanked by, the 'Jama mosque' on one side, industrial factories on the other and a large slum development on the third. The main building is divided into five components, each of which are defined and exaggerated by the use of distinct materials.

Independent Concrete Triangle
An autonomous edifice, this contains the guest rooms, boardroom and a double height studio. Vertically, the concrete triangle converges into a skylight and swimming pool that is covered by a cooling white canopy giving diffused light to the space below.
Etched in Red - the boundary wall
North facing Glass Box
The expanse of this economical structure enables the building to shade its front garden. Taking advantage of diffused light, it houses the main workspaces and a terrace garden.
The metal sheet elevates three floors high as the roof above the central building square. It extends into the badminton court beyond the stonewall reflecting the unforgiving Indian climatic adversities.
Ventilation Cut outs
The building celebrates creativity and spontaneity. With a play of volume, ventilation and light in response with climatic conditions, its out-of-the-box design gives a unique flavor.

Gigantic cutouts create a visual connect across the floors and ensure efficient air circulation.
Insulating Brick Rotunda
Housing all services, the Rotunda acts as the main circulation core.
A 3m thick stonewall obstructs the south sun and has glass meeting rooms extending out at different levels to create a playful visual dialogue.
