CUBO is a rent-able office space. The client's aim is to provide a serviced office space to different kind of businesses, the design provides with a working hall, reception, meeting rooms, and offices on all floors. An in-house gym and a cafeteria is proposed on the ground floor that serves as the recreational center for the inhabitants. The material pallet has been kept earthy and greens have been incorporated in the building facade to enhance the overall ambiance and the indoor air quality.The materials are used in their elemental form for the final outcome also to reduce the construction cost and resources. The building is green in true sense as it uses less resources, passively cooled, uses greens to provide insulation and requires very less artificial lighting.
