This residence ,situate in Mumbai admeasures 1700 sq ft carpet area.The desired four bedrooms,living room,kitchen and utility room, house has been given clear distinction between the public and private areas.The layout has been designed to give a feel of space in every room. The walls of the tv / guest bedroom has been broken to visually incorporate the area with the living room. The look of each room has been designed to suit the person who will be occupying the room,age being one of the relevant considerations. The work on the ceiling design has been kept to bare minimum to give a spacious look as the height of ceiling is only 9 feet.
