The site is physically split into three tracts owing to the setbacks of the site, presence of the HT line and the proposal for a 30M wide ring road. As a result the need to stitch the disintegrated parcels becomes critical.
The cultural zone is envisioned to be the interface between the city and the complex.
The Sports Facilities weave the proposal by positioning itself in the heart of each Zone.
Local Plantation species shall be carefully planned. There is scope for commercial plantation (periphery), forest zones and decorative trees.
It is envisioned as a pedestrian friendly campus with confined vehicular traffic.Client
