Boutique hotel, Hospitality-Hotel

The spin is a boutique hotel, located in Anna Salai, Chennai. With easy connectivity to major locations within the city, the building site will appeal to both business and leisure travellers. The hotel encompasses 24 rooms, a banquet hall and a cafe. One of the earlier design challenges we encountered, was incorporating the existing column structures and floor slabs into the new design. Hence it was devised as a plug in without altering the existing structure. With its strategic location, it is of major significance to design a dynamic facade that would serve as a major focal point.
