For many city-dwellers, the dream is to find a close-knit community where they can raise a family in a happy and healthy environment. This can be difficult to find in a bustling metropolis, but it is possible with us. The key to creating a close-knit family home in the city is to focus on creating an inviting and comfortable space. It also means paying attention to the little details that make a house feel like a home. This allows everyone to gather in one space without feeling cramped or uncomfortable. This can be achieved by incorporating natural elements into the design, such as plants and water features. It is also important to have ample lighting so that the space feels bright and cheerful. This is a house for a close knitted family with the concept of creating a happy, healthy and contained environment within a bustling city. The colour texture and material palette are modern and avant-garde. The design philosophy is to amalgamate the interior with nature with the help of the sun, water, greenery, and air. The Vastu-based planning has all the necessary amenities which a modern urban house may require. The Vastu-based planning has all the necessary amenities which a modern urban house may require, such as a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a living room. There is a provision for a separate room for the children to play, and there is also a provision for a separate room for the elders to sit and talk. The house also has a spacious kitchen where the family can cook together and eat together. A spacious kitchen gives the family plenty of room to work together, and it also allows everyone to enjoy a meal together. In addition, a spacious kitchen helps to keep the house clean and organised. A choice of eclectic furnishing and decorative items creates a very rich ambience, and the spatial planning has minimised grey areas. They have a spacious gym, spa, theatre, bar, and terrace garden apart from six spacious bedrooms, dining, living and kitchen.
