Project Status: Completed

The building is a contemporary glass building shaped with transitory subtraction on different floors providing it with and interesting formal dynamism. The simple floor plans allow for generous and column-free office areas. The incorporation of small scale offices and ateliers for young designers and architects, adds diversity to the building. The ateliers are housed in an organic block situated on the 1st and 2nd floors and crowned by mid-roof level garden. The ground floor is dedicated to retail activity. A dynamic outer skin, incorporating wooden screens, forms a distinctive yet functional facade which limits glare.
