Characterizing the definition of regional mall city mart is an oasis that captures the essence of the city climate and quality of natural environment. Progression of space is experienced from fully opened air to covered yet open, to covered and enclosed with or without air conditioning minimizing the air conditioning cost to 50 percent.

An Oasis shaded by overhead skylight that fulfills the practicality by diffusing the glare and heat of the sundering summers and in winters it collects natural light, which brightens the interiors. All the shops have a common air conditioning unit and yet can be customized to their needs. While the offices above have their individualized systems thus saving the cost . Each shop has naturally lit spaces having fresh air movement through the awarded windows. The wind flow takes on from the entrance as the warm air rises to flow out from the base of the skylight. The use of CFLS in lighting further improvises the energy efficiency.

Design seeks to envelop the distinction between the interior and exterior shopping street with a palette of architectural paving, lighting and sculptural features where further a pedestrian path and a periphery road link to the hotel unite the development.

The architectural language takes advantage of the unusual nature of the site to create a distinct facade that fills a unique niche. Rustic native sandstone on the tapered column with the chiseled effect s stand on mandana base and are topped by well-crafted arches formulating a signature style . Artistic embellishments of sculpted kota stone runs as an entablature.

The common palette of indigenous materials such as stone , glass and wood and screens in the hotel provides the urban indian facades with a new paradigm for contemporary exteriors. Play of mouldings run at step levels defining the solidity and is contrasted with the prodema wood and glass. The imprints from the past yet become the foci of the hotel at night as the sculpted fibre glass coloumns capped with the egyptian capital becomes the centre stage set between tapered stone wall.
