Pune, Maharashtra, India-411045 |Practicing since: Jan. 1, 2009 Aspirational Apartment, Residential-Single family dwelling
Area: 1200 sq.ft. Year: 2016 Cost Of Execution: 12 Lakh Rs/- Days executed in- 60 nos. Designed for Rajput Family, with indo-modern design taste, the house was conceived as perfect place with every day to day need. The design intent was to create as many common areas as possible in which to spend free time. The apartment consists of 1200 square feet of floor area. Two Garden areas are designed considering the summer and winter use studying the sun path diagram. In the summer garden can be integrated with the terrace by opening a large double sliding door and in cooler weather it becomes a cozy corner providing an expansive view of the terrace. Two ambient areas have been created, the first located by the kitchenette, in which the sink area can be transformed to a flat surface for working or as a bar for relaxing and drinking wine . The second area consists of a mini library with sofas that can provide a space for relaxing, reading, or socializing.
