Pune, Maharashtra, India-411045 |Practicing since: Jan. 1, 2009 Eccentric House, Pune, Residential-multi-family dwelling
We have been experimenting with lots of material and applications of available resources. Day to day we face challenges given by weird and impossible requirements, given by clients or market needs. The following bungalow is our work towards questions raised by todays ever changing client needs and our promise to deliver the best possible thoughtful designs wrt our profession. The Bungalow is designed for one of the renowned developer in Maharashtra. The weekend house is supposed to be used only for weakened private parties, Social gatherings and leisure. Requirements were tough considering the budget and ideas. To counteract the brief, we proposed usability of Pinewood to be used with excellent finish.
Our team specially detailed out joint to joint unit, size of item to be used and final finish to be instructed to vendors. We broke the commonly used plaster of paris false ceiling concept with well weaved rope ceiling, which gives diffused light to the overall room ambience. The project was our effort to break the commonly used materials in city houses, and thus the experience to stay in such a remarkably planned house.
