Two flats combined to make this one site and hence lot of scope for different materials. Parent's room had cork sheets along with rustic veneer, master bedroom had steel inlay with leather laminate, guest room had laser cut mdf panels along with glass, kids room had multiple colours, mandir room was done in pure pristine white and drawing room was done in rich walnut colour and mirrors. This client gave us a freehand at designing and it gave wings to our creativity. Keeping in mind the elderly, kids and lot of guests walk in ,straightline furniture was provided. Every room had a complete different colour scheme and areas of interest, even bathrooms were so differently designed that there was no scope of monotony in any corner. Master bedroom was executed in sun motif, with the form flowing on wardrobe, headboard and even false ceiling. Kids room was a complete reflection of Disney world with all Disney princesses adorning the walls and flowers were the main motif which was personalised and customised to every possible bit, with acrylic curtains, knobs, bunk bed, upholstery, tapestry and even lights. Mandir was specially designed from kishangarh in angel white colour and burnt paper decorated the wall with shloks in calligraphy. Mandal chairs gave the grandparents an additional sitting in front of deity. In drawing room, ceiling was done in mirror mosaic, tv unit and entrance was separated with laser cut steel curtain. Laser cut veneer was played with frosted glass for the entrance and a very exclusive nameplate was designed in the shape of a tree to accommodate the names of the whole joint family.
