Puran Kumar
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India-400001 The Terraced House, Residential-Single family dwelling
The Terraced House is a penthouse, which takes up the top three floors of a 31-storey building, with each floor designed in accordance with its specific role and terraces overlooking the expanse of the city. The 30th floor, the guest zone, is adorned with branded handpicked furniture for a touch of exclusivity. With an accent on Contemporary Indian Art, some well-known works are on display across the house. The glass-encased staircase block is an architectural composition that visually connects the floors. The 31st floor, the private den, is designed with a traditional feel - along with Italian sofas and exclusive leather chairs. The glass bathroom is complimented with imported glass that turns opaque instantly. Lighting is used effectively to add aesthetic value to this home in the sky. While the overall design of the penthouse maintains its essence of simplicity and fusion, its exclusive character defines each floor.
A contemporary look and feel with exclusive designer furniture.
