Project Status: Planning Stage

Being developed as retail space for Capital Center, Patna. Assortia is major component of the project, focusing towards commercial aspect of this development, the design aim was to create a thoughtfully designed building that would balance functionality with aesthetics. The thrust was on ensuring maximum natural light and creating a sense of space while challenging predictability in form & design. The shops are placed along the elliptical walkway ensuring maximum visibility. With 8 lac sqft area, Assortia constitutes different retail shops, mini shops, 6 screen multiplex, multiple kiosks, 4 anchor shops, food court, fine dining restaurants and hyper market.
