Bangalore, Karnataka, India-560094 BHUVANESHWARI VILAS, Residential-Single family dwelling
Bhuvaneshwari Vilas, the residence of Mrs. Ramani A Kumar is a contemporary urban villa. The Design vocabulary of this residence reflects a minimalist style, conceived as an architectural composition of inter connected spatial volumes. Comprising a two level structure, spaces in the ground floor include the entry experience that flows seamlessly into the living and entertaining spaces within. These areas further lead to the swimming pool with a cascade, towards the north and the open bar with expansive party lawns, towards the south. The visual connect of the greens across the built spaces enhances the natural setting of the architectural form.
The entertainment zones are linked to the dining and pantry with a separate entry from the service quarters. Two lavish bedrooms with attached restroom suites complete the ground floor. The upper floor approached through a glass and metal staircase houses an additional bedroom, overlooking the pool and is connected to the health spaces and terrace gardens through a sky bridge.
