CURVE IT A BIT - RESIDENCE AT HASSAN, KARNATAKA, Residential-Single family dwelling

This 4000 sq.ft. Residence is one of our showcase projects for more than one reason! Complete freedom in design, implicit trust in our team, highly responsive design approach and for the first time experimentation with curves! The whole house is simply split into 2 distinctive levels, either 4 feet up or six feet up and never 10 feet. This approach was adopted mainly to make comfortable two elderly parents, both with arteritis so that one doesnt have to labour climbing 20 steps at one go. From curves, to ISMB cantilever staircases, triple terraces and huge garden space in the front, all this packed in a modest 2400 sq.ft. Area of land. The project quickly became the talk of town, where everyone else is more eager for its completion than the team itself!
