CLASS DOESN'T SEEK PERFECTION ! "Colourful and Mysterious" The atmosphere of the shop is dark with spotlights on the displayed decorations. The dark coloured display- shelf is like a passe-partout for the highlighted colourful products. This will be assisted by the lighting concept which works mainly with directed spots and cones of light. The interior of furnishing showroom spells an upbeat and contemporary spirit with its design. Spread over a modest area of 1690 sq.ft of area at a cost of around 27 lakes. The location of the showroom is on one of the city`s most commercial road and almost at the junction of a 3 cross road which the boutique an added benefit. Based on client's brief that breaks away from stereotypical format and arrives into the theme of retail market with their first store. The central idea was to create an interior space that breaks up fluidly into waiting, meeting and showcasing areas. The challenge however was to utilize the space to its full potential in terms of the exhibit. They wanted the showroom to look large and fuss free and at the same time completely open to the visitor. The project was made on defined budget yet outcome is an objective enough to wake the right interest. The site selected had a good corner location which opened to the road. The walls were brought down and clear glasses adorned the beauty of the boutique. As initial concepts different color schemes were thought on, then with much thought and the ambience that we wanted to create the darker tones of black and grey were finalized even using their glossy versions at places. With the use of such tones at the end the colorful display materials showed off clearly and gave a cozy chic look to the boutique. To make it a fuss free space all the display was taken towards the walls and a large area was kept open. A corner display bed was designed with a floor lit with white raw look backdrop, dressed up with hanging cusion lying in front of you. This was specially done to give the visitors a clear idea of how the brand is promoting its stuff. All the display area as mentioned was planned very clear and crisp for the visitor. It was designed keeping in view the display material such as show pieces, curtain hangings, wall paper catalogues, bed linen, accessories and lifestyle products. Heighted platforms were created in the corner so that an onlooker can see the products displayed above on the platforms and at the same time view the display within the showroom as well. A discussion table has been placed which allows the visitors to take a pause and see the objects well in detail. All tables are combination of " Mild Steel " & " Barmatik Wood ". All tables were accommodate with An arm chair made for hours of lounging. Yes you can call it a 'thickened-version' of a lounge-chair or well structured couch. Designer certainly adds to the beauty as well as comfort expect of any interior setup. The comfy chair comes with double cushioning, and extra comfort Made using Swede fabric. Color and wood remains the hero of the showroom collection. Metal is an intrinsic detail on elements of furniture, which is used in combination with materials such as wood, leather or composite materials. Central Colum is designed in such a way that becomes a focal point of the show room, which is rapped by corten steel stairways to accommodate the all art effects. As mentioned earlier the main tones of the boutique consisted of blacks and grays, while the dashes of color are added through the various fabrics and accessories displayed within which makes the picture complete. The material differences in these color tones brought in the variety, such as the low beams were covered with the black wooden frames which consists the defuse lights to make ambiance cozy. The floor had been kept with black floor tiles with inlay of grey wooden floor in fluidic form which reflect in the ceiling throughout the show room and which justify the concept "REFLECTION". The display units were fabricated from steel in total black to bring out the shimmer of the displayed materials. The lighting in the showroom at places has been kept exposed and tracks have been used to offer the task lighting. The delicate display stands did involve a little detailing with the colorful cousins connecting the stand to the floor and the ceiling. As well as the steel ladders were used in its unique way to accommodate the wooden flooring display. Grey color and wood remains the hero of the showroom collection. Metal is an intrinsic detail on elements of furniture, which is used in combination with materials such as wood, leather or composite materials. A showroom is an important aspect to ensure that a brand gets the required beverage. There was a constant connection of the final output we were expecting and the clear concepts that we had framed during the inception of the project. We never tried to divert from the color scheme as well as we constantly kept striving and controlling ourselves at achieving to make it a large fuss free space for the user. The largeness of the space is experienced as soon as one enters from the laser cut corten steel tunnel. The screening partition is a stunning contemporary interpretation of the traditional jali. The intricate pattern has been achieved by the challenge however was to utilize the space to its full potential in terms of the exhibit. There is a low height, neatly done up with bright colored bed with a floor lit and finished with raw white backdrop dressed up with hanging cusion lying in front of you which gives you the immediate know of the brand. When one is already inside the store he gets a neat picture of the products in-store and is very clearly diverted to the displays. The reception of the store is kept right at the entry point, we deliberately wanted the visitor the enjoy the store and the products first. The spatial experiences of the store are rather welcoming which curtails the need of the front reception desk. It is the fine use of detailing along with the right use of material and minimal color that gives the store a stylish and sophisticated flair and is experience to cherish.
