IPC ( The Indian Paratha company) is a restaurant developed along the state high way and acts as a place of retreat for many bikers promoting Nandi hill tourism. What is unique about IPC is its food itself. The food provided is a combination of Paratha and Pizza served as Parazas using mostly organic ingredients . The food provided at IPC is very much localized and Indian. As the city is developing at a fast rate the idea was to propose the structure as a scalable mobile model. As the city develops The structure can be dismantled and re-assembled to another location in a matter of 7 days giving it the flexibility and ease required. The main architectural highlight of IPC is its sheer structure. Its made entirely out of wood with less than a dozen nails, giving it a very natural, rustic, cozy and an intimate ambience.
