Royale Apartments, Nasik, Residential-Apartments
Nasik is ranked as the fourth fastest growing city in India. Renowned builders of Nasik named Ashoka Buildcon gave us the opportunity to build their office tower back in 2007.The scheme of designing the tower was classical form of architecture with a slight bend towards the modern construction. The building came out to be known as Ashoka House. The much appreciation that we received after the construction, made the owner decide to lend all the institutions, residential complexes with their company name to have the same style of construction. Having an area of 10161sqm the client was looking out to develop a residential society with all modern amenities possible such as gymnasium, swimming pool, banquets etc. The plot consists of three residential towers 12 storied each having 3bhk and 2 bhk apartments with close approach to the market and major landmarks and regular needs of living. the positioning of the towers was planned in a manner to ..... Satisfying both the client and the end user is the utmost criteria. Thus the exterior was catered to as per clients demand of classical style. The interior was made modern style to try and give the end user the latest styling, designing and feel. The Soft-scapes on site was well balanced with the concrete massing. The swimming pool, clubhouse and childrens play areas was designed between the two towers allowing enough light and ventilation. Besides that a walking track for elders was designed. The landscaping was well integrated into the design with the help of the landscape designer. An existing well on site positioned was an additional amenity which would be used as rain water harvesting well.
